This course dives deep into the world of Petzl belay devices, exploring how different device types function, what sets them apart, and where each one is best suited for use.
You’ll take a closer look at Petzl’s lineup of manual braking and cam-assisted blocking devices, including the VERSO, REVERSO, GRIGRI, GRIGRI +, and NEOX.
Along the way, you’ll learn about the key features of each device, their intended applications, and the differences that can help determine which device is the best fit for a particular climber or climbing environment.
By the end of the course, you’ll have a stronger understanding of Petzl’s belay device lineup and be better prepared to explain the differences between devices, answer customer questions, and help climbers select the right device for their needs.
